Aldeia is a coworking and school of continuing education courses focused on the New Economy, with courses such as SDR, Customer Success, UX, among others.
Problem:
Aldeia launched a series of courses that talked about employability and we suggested the creation of a vacancy platform to offer more value to students, while also capturing new leads.

Job board platform created with WP Job Manager.
While the core plugin was WP Job Manager, it was combined with the Jobify theme which allows for greater customizations, pages and filters. The idea was to offer a vacancy platform for each of the courses, thus feeding students; but mainly attract new users interested in jobs and offer the courses to them too.
While development was relatively quick along with adapting to branding, what we tried to optimize as much as possible was integration. Afterwards, Aldeia’s marketing team took the opportunity to create a series of triggers for those signing up for type X vacancies and those signing up for type Y courses. This dynamic was well-oiled.
